Key Account Manager (Senior) CDI

Responsible for the daily monitoring of your customer portfolio, you will be involved in the creation of the Customer Center, as well as the spokesperson for internal customers:
Missions
- Deploy projects within the validated deadlines with the customers with a rate higher than 95%
- To accompany the customers and be force of proposals to reach their objectives fixed with our products and services
- Establish a relationship of trust and loyalty with customers
- Renew 90% of portfolio contracts and collect the necessary information to upsell the sales team
- Structure, recruit and lead the Customer Success cluster team
- Provide monthly activity and performance reports of the KPIs desired by the client
Profile

- 5 years of experience in sales and customer care
- Good knowledge of digital / ecommerce / retail
- Irreproachable customer support level
