PRIVACY POLICY

Fitizzy is operational with the designation of a Digital Protection Officer, which will be responsible for ensuring the proper follow-up of the regulation on data use and protection. In addition, Fitizzy establishes a computer charter allowing the security of data collected and processed, with the management of access databases subject to control and permission. Finally, Fitizzy creates a data processing register hosted by its care.

Fitizzy provides the means to put in place a plan of action where necessary, which will manage risks, with appropriate measures such as: possible access to the data and associated actions (modification, restitution, deletion), the collection of consent, the securing of data collected, processed and stored; the documentation of these measures through the computer charter and associated processes; notification to the CNIL in the event of a real risk of infringement of privacy.

Finally, Fitizzy proposes to its customers to take the necessary steps to regulate access to the data, with an up-to-date contract of these provisions, and the possibility of an endorsement for current contracts. It provides by default the minimum data retention provisions and anonymization required beyond a given period.
